Jacksonstone Recruitment and our Bray based Healthcare Client are currently recruiting for an experienced Applications Specialist to join the Technical Support Team.  


Responsibilities of the role:


·        Provide customer applications support via email and phone for Companies systems


·        Logging and tracking all customer contact in the CRM system


·        Development and generation of reports using the CRM system


·        Administration of companies’ distributor website including assigning new users, uploading notifications, and informing the customers of the changes


·        Generation and maintenance of user manuals, as well as other support documents


·        Provide verbal and written progress reports on assigned projects as required


·        International business travel is a requirement of this position. The amount of travel will vary depending on business and customer requirements. Travel may also be required from time to time to work at Customer facilities


·        Participation in monthly external quality assurance surveys, reporting of the results and analysing the peer group data


·        Write &/or execute test protocols in the lab if required, as well as carrying out regular stock check


·        Author of technical documents


·        Provide verbal and written progress reports on assigned projects as required


·        Help to organize and deliver Customer training


The successful candidate will have a Science background, Degree essential, Masters preferable but not essential with at least 3 years’ experience writing technical documents and reports.
