Administrator with accounts experience required for a lovely client based on the N11 around the Stillorgan area.
Part Time, Permanent Position.
- Ensuring completed files are put away.
- Chasing up signed accounts, engagement letters, bank audit letters.
- AML requirements – ensuring that this is maintained up to date for all clients.
- Billing and following up outstanding debtors.
- Maintaining office bookkeeping.
- Publishing documents to website.
- Monitoring staff hours, holidays and timesheets including staff payroll.
- Answering phone, receptionist duties, stationery purchasing.
- Responsible for company filings with the Companies Registration Office; maintaining company registers.
- Responsible for overseeing work deadlines, drawing up calendar of jobs and keeping track of same.
- Filing – electronic and manual.
- Maintaining GDPR compliance in terms of retention policy.
